In 2009, Ted teamed up with Anne Johnson, ABR®, Associate Broker, CNIS, CNAS, CNMS, and CNRS forming The Hupka Team. Anne has worked with the largest relocation network in the world since 2002. As a Certified Cartus Relocation Specialist she has earned through production and educational requirements the following Cartus Designations-Cartus Network: Marketing Specialist, Inventory Specialist, Residential Specialist and Affinity Specialist. Cartus provides relocation services to large corporations such as USAA, NFCU, Raytheon, as well as government, Dept of Justice and military personnel. This allows Anne additional opportunities to help you buy or sell a home by connecting you with incoming or outgoing residents. Also a lifelong resident of the Fredericksburg area she has extensive knowledge of the community and its market trends. Anne has volunteered countless hours of her time at the FAAR helping educate other agents by instructing numerous courses including The Code of Ethics.
